3. Client Health Disclosure

Clients must inform therapists of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns prior to treatment.

  • Skin conditions

  • Chronic illnesses

  • Musculoskeletal injuries

Appointments are subject to availability.

Payment is required at the completion of each treatment unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of massage therapy services:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for completed treatments.

However, remedies may be available where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please inform us promptly so we can address the concern.


8. Professional Conduct

Art Therapy Thai Massage maintains a strictly professional environment.

Inappropriate behaviour towards therapists will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session or refuse service if inappropriate conduct occurs.


9. Gift Vouchers

Where gift vouchers are offered:

  • Vouchers must be redeemed within the specified validity period.

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced.
