Refunds are generally not provided for completed treatments.

Inappropriate behaviour towards therapists will not be tolerated.

9. Gift Vouchers
Where gift vouchers are offered:
Vouchers must be redeemed within the specified validity period.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced.
